Easy-going potholders

I found these potholders a year ago I thought I would give it a try. I don't sew very much. I took 1 year of home ec. in high school. Plus my mom helped me with a apron when i was 9. I know the basic but that is all. The pattern is at http://knit.bug.googlepages.com/knitbug

These are soo cute. I am giving them as gifts.I used very thin backing for quilting and cotton material.

This wonderfully bright green is Peaches and Cream 100% Cotton. I really like the color right now.

Sometimes when I find a new pattern and I really like it. Well it's like I fall in love with it. I can't wait to finish it and see what it looks like. BUT then it is finished. SOOO what I do is start another one.
This pattern is SOOO COOL.
Check it out
Oh it is knitted

Sherry, if you are interested in the crochet Christmas tree pattern, I think I scanned it to my computer and if I didn't I will. Email me at hdmcfar at gmail dot com and I will be more than happy to email it back to you. There is no picture but then now you have my pic on my blog! lol... Let me know as I am always happy to share. There does not appear to be a copyright and it is typed anyway!
