I just started this book not even through with chapter 1. Looks good though.I love this saying. Sometimes life does make you hard. We need to step back and smell the roses.

What I am Reading Now

I have always

had a passion for reading.

I still have the first book I ever tryed to read.

Ballerina Bess.

But I noticed it was getting harder to see.

Well I went to the Eye Doctor and she said " If you want to continue to read, BIFOCALS"

I have been on a lot of meds. for the past 2 years and they are affecting my eyes now.

So I did the Grown-up Thing and got Bifocals.

I have been reading The Forgotten Garden. 

So far it's great.

 It is about a little girl who is left on a ship with a book of fairy tales, that is headed to Australia in 1913. Like all books there is so much more to say.  So If you want check it out.

 CapodeMonte ( Italian China)  Gift from Mother-in-Law..She collects it. 

We are supposed to get snow today or tomorrow.  I can't wait.  First time this season.  I bought pizza and Diet Coke and I am going to hibernate.  Plus finish a crocheted Ripple afghan and maybe if I am really motivated I will knit a hat.
